Catching Up November: NYC: Day 2 - The Statue Of Liberty

Back to documenting the NYC trip:

Of course, seeing the Statue of Liberty was on our list of things to see in New York City. We did not want to spend the amount of time that it would have taken to visit Ellis Island, so we chose to ride The Staten Island Ferry to get a great view of The Statue of Liberty. (It is a free ferry that is used for public transportation that floats right by Lady Liberty). It was great! We got great shots of The Statue of Liberty and enjoyed the laid back ride a lot.

The ride back to Manhattan from Staten Island was far more windy and cold than the trip in the opposite direction!
See? Windy.

I love this shot of Corey on the ferry with the Statue of Liberty in the background!

Amy and Corey,
I am so thankful you were able to take a trip to NYC like you did. Allie will NEVER forget, and she will never forget the love that brought her there. Loved all the pictures so much.
