Yesterday was Cooper's playgroup Easter Egg Hunt. We didn't do an Easter Party last year with these buddies, so it was our first time to hunt eggs together... and it was so fun! The mommies actually hid the eggs (as opposed to tossing them out on the grass in plain view), and the kids hunted for them and filled their baskets. They were so excited! Some of them wanted to open them and eat the goodies as they went... Cooper wanted to stop and count them after every few eggs that he found.

Have I ever mentioned that taking good group shots is hard? Taking good group shots of 2 & 3 year olds is real hard! Taking good group shots of 2 & 3 year olds, that have been eating candy... and have a basket of candy in front of them is nearly impossible. Here is the best group shots that I got out of the 10 or so that I took. :)
Of course Randi made an amazingly creative snack...

... and Randi was also responsible for coming up with this wonderful craft. (I LOVE handprint crafts for little ones!) Cooper was so excited to make a craft, and I thought that it turned out so cute! Thanks Mrs. Randi!
