After the football game my family was all standing out in the middle of the field chatting when my little niece, Skyler, and her mommy started walking toward us from the side line... she was wearing a pink shirt and was carrying pink roses. As she got closer and handed me a rose I read that her shirt said, "I'M THE BIG SISTER!" Woo Hoo! I have a new niece or nephew on the way.

I'm sitting in the rocking chair trying to figure out why Skyler is wearing a "sister" t-shirt (I always look at the pictures before reading the blog); I then read the story and tears start rolling down my face. Keegan crawls up onto my lap to see what I'm looking at, sees the picture of Skyler carrying the roses and says, "Wow! She's cute!" This strikes me as adorable and extremely funny so I start laughing so hard more tears come out; he gets tickled at me laughing and he starts laughing really, really hard, too. Then he says, "That's my friend." I said, "That's your cousin and her name is Skyler." He says, "That's Skyler and she's cute!" I think we need to get the second cousins together a little more often!!! :-)
